FES Sensor Technology
We offer our customers innovative calibrated hydrogen sensors developed by FES Sensor Technology. FES is an expert in hydrogen sensor technology and has many years of experience in hydrogen technology and the development of sensors and accessories. The hydrogen sensors are based on an H2-specific sensor element that is manufactured using hybrid technology using thin-film and thick-film processes. The sensor element is catalytically highly active and resistant to poisoning from volatile siloxanes and other catalyst poisons. It is implemented in a special metal housing in the standard format 21 mm Ø x 16 mm together with an electronic board. The gas inlet is designed as a sinter plate. Due to their short response times of less than 5 seconds, they are ideal for security applications. The sensors can be used at relative humidities from 0% to 100%; moisture condensation is also not a problem. They have a very stable basic signal that is not affected by humidity fluctuations. They have been trimmed for particular robustness and signal stability in the presence of volatile siloxanes.
